Shipping

We ship from the Twin Cites in Minnesota to anywhere in the lower 48 states in the USA.

Items will be shipped 1-4 days after an order is placed. We ship Monday-Friday and work hard to package and get your order out as soon as possible. If an order falls on a Friday or a U.S. Holiday, it will be shipped 1-4 days from the next working business day.

Shipping Rates

We ship with both UPS and USPS for smaller items. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on item weight and size according to current UPS and USPS rates. We try our best to offer the lowest shipping rates possible and do not add any handling fees other than the cost of packaging.

Returns

Unopened and unused items are returnable 30 days from date received. Buyer is responsible for shipping costs on returns but we can send you a return label to get a better shipping rate on return on request. 

Kicksleds have a one year manufacturer warranty that is warranted by ESLA. If there is any defect or issue with your sled from shipping, please reach out to us by phone or email.

Cancelled Orders and Cancelled Pre-orders

Orders can be cancelled 24 hours after making an online purchase by calling or emailing contact@bravethesnow.com unless an item has already shipped. Cancelled orders after this time period are subject to a 3% restocking fee.

Cancelled pre-orders are subjects to a 3% re-stocking/transaction fee.  A refund will be given for the remainder of order if order is cancelled before your kicksled ships or is available for pick-up.

Special Order Products

Special order products are non- refundable.
